Plano-based Rithum named Kim Miller as CMO and head of global strategy. The commerce platform company said Miller’s appointment is designed to strengthen its innovation and support for brands, retailers and suppliers navigating an increasingly complex commerce landscape.
In her new role, Miller will guide Rithum’s global marketing and strategy, bringing extensive experience in retail, corporate strategy and digital transformation to the company’s executive leadership team.
“Kim brings a unique combination of retail, customer and marketing leadership experience that will be invaluable as we continue helping brands and retailers navigate an increasingly dynamic commerce landscape,” said CEO Lou Keyes.
“Having led customer strategy, e-commerce and growth initiatives at some of the world’s most recognized retail organizations, she understands the challenges our customers face firsthand,” Keyes said in a statement. “We’re excited to welcome Kim to the team as we continue expanding our capabilities and delivering value across the commerce ecosystem.”
Serving more than 40,000 global brands, Rithum helps brands and retailers manage product listings, inventory, orders and performance across multiple ecommerce channels.
Ecommerce expertise
Miller has more than two decades of experience leading digital transformation, omnichannel retail and consumer growth initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and high-growth consumer brands. Most recently, she served as chief customer officer at Saks Global, where she guided enterprise customer strategy for both Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus. Previously, she served as president of Saks OFF 5TH, overseeing the company’s $1 billion-plus omnichannel business. She also was CMO at Rakuten, where she led brand and performance marketing initiatives supporting more than 10 million members and 2,000 retail partners.
At Rithum, Miller will focus on boosting the company’s position in the market, enhancing customer engagement and helping brands and retailers understand the value of its commerce solutions in the age of AI.
